      By participating in this audience survey, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

      Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

      The promoter of Ait It Out Hotline is It's Nice That Limited whose registered office is at Residence, 37-39 Kingsway, WC2B 6TP, London, England (the "Promoter").

      If you have any queries about the Promotion or these Terms, then please contact us at studio@itsnicethat.com. Please expect a response between 9am to 6pm GMT on Monday to Friday.

      Opening and closing dates, eligibility

      1. Entries are open on or around 11:00am BST on 17th February 2025 and close at 6:00pm BST on 28th February 2025.
      2. No purchase is required to submit an application or to participate in the Promotion.
      3. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
      4. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
      5. Internet access is required to enter.

      How to enter

      1. Entrants are invited to share their thoughts and opinions within the Air It Out Hotline audience survey hosted on Typeform via itsnicethat.com
      2. Entrants are asked to provide accurate and truthful information when answering survey questions.
      3. By answering the Air It Out Hotline survey questions, entrants will give permission for It’s Nice That and Air to use this data anonymously within the Air It Out Hotline campaign content published across It’s Nice That and Air website, newsletter, and social media channels.

      Winner Selection

      1. One winner will be selected at random from all entrants that have completed the Air It Out Hotline Typeform survey.
      2. The prize is a year-long Air Pro account for the winner and their creative business, which includes a workflow audit and onboarding with the team at Air. Further details on the Air Pro account can be found here: https://air.inc/pricing
      3. One winner will be contacted via email by 30th March 2025.
      4. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winners must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
      5. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
      6. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the promotion or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
      7. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the promotion or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
      8. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
      9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
      10. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

      Data Usage

      1. The information you provide in the Air It Out Hotline survey will be collected and used solely by It’s Nice That and Air for the purpose of gaining audience insights to support the Air It Out Hotline campaign, published across It’s Nice That and Air website, newsletter, and social media channels.
      2. Your personal data will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

      By completing the Air It Out Hotline audience survey you submit that you have fully understood and agreed with the terms and conditions of the promotion listed above and It’s Nice That’s general terms and conditions
