Join our team! It’s Nice That is hiring a midweight creative and a partnership executive
We’re looking for two enthusiastic candidates who are excited about the creative industry to join our team on a permanent basis.
It’s Nice That is currently looking for a junior partnership executive to join our new business team and for a midweight creative.
The midweight creative role will predominantly work on our brand partnerships and commercial campaigns. In recent months, we’ve worked in this capacity with Mailchimp (on the All in a Day’s Work animated series), Apple (on our New World partnership), Spotify and Dropbox. We’re keen to hear from candidates who are ambitious, culturally astute, and well referenced, with a good knowledge of the creative industry. Ideally, you’re a regular reader of It’s Nice That with a desire to work with us to help shape the future of the platform.
As a midweight creative, you will be expected to lead the creative side of a wide range of projects, covering research, idea generation, pitching, presenting to clients, commissioning and art direction. You will also oversee other creative members of the team on projects, develop and maintain relationships with a global network of creative talent, and commission creatives for commercial projects. You’ll work across our events and partnerships, and help execute visual identities for these projects.

The second position that we’re currently hiring for is a partnership executive. For that role, we’re looking for an excellent communicator who would enjoy building strong relationships with our partners. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead proactively on new opportunities.
Working across the new business team, you’ll be overseeing the growth and sales of our advertising products, generating new client leads and business opportunities while building relationships with existing partners. You will also increase the awareness of It’s Nice That’s advertising opportunities with brands and agencies, helping to clearly communicate our offer.
If you’re pro-active and highly organised, with good people skills and the ability to work independently while managing a pipeline of opportunities, we would love to hear from you. One to two years of sales experience with a background in selling publishing, media, advertising, digital or a similar service is preferable for this role, but not essential.
