Ruslan Khasanov is doing wonderful things with type. Like Pixel Distortion (pictured) and Liquid Calligraphy, projects that use experimental physical filters to push legibility in the nicest possible way. By using simple practical devices, Ruslan can create intriguing visuals that work right up close with all the incidental detail, delighting in the way light or water affects the individual forms yet, as a whole, it is a fully applicable alphabet.
