John Kippin: Nostalgia for the Future

I first came across John Kippin’s Nostalgia for the Future photographs when one of his images was used on the front cover of a Suede album. I liked the photo so much that having bought the poster, I decided that I should find out some more about the artist himself. I was completely blown away by his landscape photographs which document social and environmental change. It was this book that not only inspired me to start taking landscape imagery, but also changed my whole approach to photography.
