In an effort to question our changing relationship with nature, photographer Jermiah Ariaz has documented the points at which natural and man-made environments merge. The images highlight an overwhelming irony – murals depict the natural habitats the walls have previously displaced – illustrating, Ariaz says, “our distance from, yet longing for, Arcadia, the imagined rural paradise.”
