Brian Ulrich: Dark Stores

We’ve posted Brian Ulrich before – his eye-popping mall photographs depicting masses of produce are a sight to behold. His other project Dark Stores seems to have been going on ever since, and involves Brian re-visiting the shopping centres to photograph them at night when they are deserted. The results are unexpected, when the shoppers are gone and shops are locked, the architecture is exposed and we are left with images of interiors that would not look out of place in Star Trek.
