Today sees the end of year degree show cogs start to turn, and there’s always plenty to see over the summer months accompanied by a somewhat hopeful buzz. Tthe RCA’s doors are swung open tonight to reveal the finest in new talent from the worlds of printmaking, photography, silversmithing, ceramics and more, and ceramic’s graduate Matthew Raw’s clay interpretation of the classic ‘Welcome Mat’, really caught the eye, and more surprisingly notched up my second welcome mat-related post of the week.
