It should come as no surprise that we’re pretty partial to a well-chosen word here at It’s Nice That. There’s no deeper satisfaction than a newly-learned piece of uncommon parlance – just so long as it doesn’t make us sound magniloquent – heaven forbid! So we were delighted to discover the joys of Wordnik, a site that allows users to get stuck into all manner of words, highlighting their usage in a wide range of literature, linking audio files of their various pronunciations and pooling recent tweets in which specific words have been used. It’s ever so geeky, but it is very, very good.
