Jonathan Calugi rings in September with reams of new work drawn with a single line
Jonathan Calugi’s expert use of line continues to put him head and shoulders above the rest. We’ve been keeping tabs on the Italian illustrator for the past few years and his wonderfully singular work only continues to improve, becoming more confident and refined whilst retaining all the simple appeal which drew us to him in the first place. Adding to an existing client base which includes Google and Shuttershock, recently he has produced new work for The Washington Post and British Airways, as well as others, and all of which is impressively executed with a single line: what Jonathan calls “the kind of challenge that I love.”
