Regardless of how much sellotape is discreetly holding it all together, there’s something inherently pleasing about constructions that can transport you somewhere else entirely – namely dens and theatre scenery. I came across Boyd Webb in the brilliant Serpentine Gallery bookshop but, unfortunately, can’t find much information about him online. Nevertheless, here are some images from an elusive scene-setter, photographer and film maker whose brilliant ouvre has spanned the last thirty years. If this isn’t inspiration to build a den this week, I don’t know what is. Just don’t get your hopes up that it will look as great as his do.
